1000 ரூபாய் வரவு செலவுல ஒரு சிறு தவறுக்கு  ரெண்டு பேருக்கும் அபராதம் 926 ரூபாய்.

ஒரே செக்குக்கு ரெண்டு இடத்தில் ஃபைன் வித் ரெண்டு GST. இதுக்கு பேரு டிஜிடல் தேசமாம், நாடு முழுதும் ஒரே வரியாம். நம்மள எவ்வளவு கூமுட்டை ஆக்குறாங்கன்னு நினைச்சு நினைச்சு பிரஷ்ஷர் 190க்கு போயிருச்சு.  அதான் ஆஸ்பத்திரிக்கு போயி செக் பண்ணிட்டு ட்ரீட்மெண்ட் எடுத்துக்கிட்டு வர்றேன்...

சரி..சரி...டென்ஷனாகாதீங்க...ஒரு அஞ்சு நிமிஷம் வெயிட் பண்ணுங்க...நான் போயி பெட்ரோல் போட்டுக்கிட்டு வந்துடறேன்....லேட்டானா ரேட்டை ஏத்திப்புடுவானுங்க பாவிப் பசங்க....

இதன் விளக்கம்:

மிகச் சிறிய பரப்பளவு கொண்ட நிலத்தில் விளைந்த நெல்லை அறுத்து உணவுக் கவளங்களாக்கி யானைக்குக் கொடுத்தால், அதனை யானை  பல நாட்களாக  உண்ணும்.

ஆனால், நூறு வயல்கள் இருந்தாலும், யானை தானே புகுந்து உண்ண ஆரம்பித்தால் , யானை தின்பதைவிட யானையின் கால்களால் மிதிபட்டு அழிந்த நெல்லின் அளவு அதிகமாகும்.

அதுபோல, ஒரு நாட்டின் தலைவன் வரி திரட்டும் முறை தெரிந்து மக்களிடமிருந்து வரி திரட்டினால் நாடு கோடிக் கணக்கில் பொருள்களைப் பெற்றுத் தழைக்கும்.

ஆனால், நாட்டை ஆள்பவன் அறிவில் குறைந்தவனாகி, முறை அறியாத பரிவாரங்களின் தூண்டுதலோடு, ஆரவாரமாக, ஈவு இரக்கமில்லாமல், அநியாயமாக வரியை திரட்ட விரும்பினால் யானை புகுந்த நிலம் போல தானும் கெட்டு தன் நாட்டையும் கெடுப்பான்.

General Instructions

1. The rule of reservation of appointments is applicable to this recruitment except to the shortfall vacancies for the said post mentioned in Sl.No. 2. The distribution of vacancies will be as per rules in force.
2. In G.O.Ms.No.145, Personnel and Administrative Reforms(S) Department, dated 30.09.2010 and G.O.Ms.No.40, Personnel and Administrative Reforms(S) Department, dated 30.04.2014, the Government have issued orders to fill up 20% of vacancies in direct recruitment on preferential basis to Persons who studied the prescribed qualification in Tamil Medium. The 20% reservation of vacancies on preferential allotment to Persons Studied in Tamil Medium (PSTM) will apply for this recruitment (only for Sl.No.1). Applicants claiming PSTM preference must produce certificate issued by Head of Institution as proof as per the specimen contained in the “Instructions to Applicants” for having studied the prescribed qualification in Tamil Medium. (Having written the examination in Tamil language alone will not qualify for claiming this preference). If the Applicants with PSTM certificate are not available for selection for appointment against reserved turn, such turn shall be filled up by other eligible Applicants but belonging to the respective communal category. The PSTM certificate, in prescribed format / proforma available in the Commission‟s website at „www.tnpsc.gov.in‟ shall be obtained from the Head of the Institution and shall be produced / uploaded when called for. (For further details refer Instructions to Applicants).
3. The number of vacancies advertised is only approximate and is liable to modification with reference to vacancy position at any time including reduction before finalization of selection.
4. The selection for appointment to the above said post is purely provisional subject to final Orders on pending Writ Petitions, if any, filed at Madras High Court and Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
5. As per Section 26 and 27(c) of Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act 2016, Reservation of appointment to Destitute Widows and Ex-Servicemen respectively will apply to this recruitment only for the regular vacancies mentioned in Sl.No.1.
6. The reservation of 4% vacancies earmarked for the Differently Abled persons will be applicable for this post as per G.O.(Ms).No.51, Welfare of Differently Abled Persons (DAP3.2) Department, dated 26.12.2017. However, clarification is awaited from the Government in respect of reservation to Blindness and Low vision category.
7. The Differently Abled persons should submit copy of Differently Abled Certificate specifying the nature of physical handicap and the degree of disability when called for by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. If selected, they should produce a Fitness Certificate obtained from the Medical Board to the appointing authority. [Section 20 (5) of Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act 2016]
8. If no qualified and suitable women applicants are available for selection against the vacancies reserved for them, those vacancies will be filled by male applicants belonging to the respective communal categories.

9. Even after filling up of the vacancies reserved for SC Arunthathiyars on preferential basis, if more number of qualified Arunthathiyars are available, they shall be entitled to compete with the Scheduled Castes other than Arunthathiyars in the inter-se merit among them and if any post reserved for Arunthathiyars remain unfilled for want of adequate number of qualified Applicants, it shall be filled up by Scheduled Castes other than Arunthathiyars.

10. Any subsequent claim made thereafter on submission of online application will not be entertained. Evidence for claims made in the online application should be uploaded / submitted in time, when called for. Failure to submit the documents within the stipulated time limit will entail rejection of the Application

11. Correct and True information regarding arrest, convictions / debarment / disqualification by any recruiting agency, criminal or any disciplinary proceedings initiated / pending or finalized, participation in agitation or any Political Organization, candidature in election for Parliament/State Legislature/Local Bodies etc., if any, should also be furnished to the Commission at the time of application i.e., the details thereof, originals of the Judgement, order or G.O dropping further action in Departmental proceedings or any document that may prove the suitability of such Applicants for a Government appointment in such cases must be produced at the stage / time of Certificate Verification without fail.

12. Incomplete applications and applications containing wrong claims or incorrect particulars relating to category of reservation / other basic qualification / eligibility wise / age / communal categories / educational qualification / physical qualification and other basic eligibility criteria will be liable for rejection.

General Instructions

1. The decision of the Railway administration in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications and mode of selection shall be final.
2. In terms of Railway Board letter No.E(MPP)/2009/6/14 (RBE No.120/2015), it is not obligatory on the part of the Railways to offer any employment to the Apprentices on completion of their Apprenticeship training. Accordingly, the Act Apprentices imparted training in Railway establishments, will have no claim to seek employment on Railways on the basis of such training.
3. No correspondence for engagement will be entertained.
4. CANVASSING IN ANY FORM WILL DISQUALIFY THE CANDIDATURE AND NO CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN THE MATTER.
5. Before applying, the candidates should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other criteria, at any stage of engagement and if erroneously engaged, such candidates shall be summarily dismissed without notice.
6. Candidature of the candidate shall be cancelled if he/she fails to produce the required original documents at the time of verification or any other discrepancy noticed.
7. If it is noticed by the Railway administration that the applicant has furnished wrong/fake/false Certificates, the Railway administration reserves the right to discharge the candidate/selected candidate at any stage without notice even after his selection to undergo training.

13. After selection for engagement, request of candidate to change the Divisions/Workshops/Units will not be considered.
14. Online payment made to Railway Recruitment Cell, South Western Railway, Hubballi via the online portal is non-refundable and hence refund request will not be entertained under any circumstances. If candidate attempts to reverse the online transaction through any means, then the application will be considered as withdrawn and no further communication will be entertained in this regard.
