Aavin procures milk, processes it and sells milk and milk products to consumers. The Dairy Development Department was established in Tamil Nadu in the year 1958 to oversee and regulate milk production and commercial distribution in the state. The Dairy Development Department took over control of the milk cooperatives. It was replaced by the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Limited in the year 1981.

Qualification:- Candidates who wanted to participate for AAVIN Milk Deputy Manager job should have Must possess Post Graduate Degree in Dairy Science / Dairy Chemistry / Chemistry / Bio-Chemistry / Bio – Tech/ Quality Control / Microbiology / Dairy Bacteriology OR B.Tech in food Technology / Dairy Technology / food processing from any approved institutions.
Salary Structure:- Rs. 9300 – 34800/- Grade pay – 4300/- Per Month
Private Secretary Grade – III: 06 Vacancies

Qualification:-Aspirants who decided to join AAVIN Milk Private Secretary posts should have Must possess a degree in any discipline and Must have passed Typewriting English Higher Grade and Tamil Lower Grade & Shorthand English Higher Grade and Tamil Lower Grade.
Salary breakup:- Rs. 5200 – 20200/- Grade pay. 2800/- Per Month
Age Limit:- 18 to 30 years as on 01/01/2017 (relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PWD)
